Our metal mold
We use S50C steel for the punch and hot dip Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium-Copper alloy for the die. The advantages of our metal mold are: firstly, it can be recycled after being used since it is made of hot dip Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium-Copper alloy; secondly, it can reduce the processing time required for machine centers; thirdly, after press forming, it can be utilized as an inspection jig for laser cutting since the product’s trim lines and hole mark-off lines are drawn on the mold. |

There are 700kg and 300kg melting furnaces that can be used differently depending on the usage. They will also save on energy costs. Additionally, the temperature is controlled by a computer. |
